I havent written a review on newgrounds in years..

but this was so fantastic that I had to let you know.
Distinctive art style, unique animation, hilarious re imagining of classic newgrounds characters.
I loved every second of this, I found my self bobbing my head to the beat of the music which matched perfectly with the pace of the animation.
people are commenting negatively on your art style, but I for one can appreciate something different. Flash is a medium for impressionistic visuals- not realism. tell these kids who say that you need to work on the anatomy of your characters to go fuck themselves cause they don't know what art is.
I applaud you good sir. Thank you for sharing. Once again, this has been my favorite animation posted on newgrounds in the last 2 years. You are truly a gentleman and a scholar.

pretty nice

the animations were fluid and beautiful, but the game play was so slowly paced that i found it frustrating and boring.
the dude has a flame thrower, why is it totally weak. the thing should burn boxes brillliantly, not slowly wittle away at them!

great

while sometimes i was extremely frustrated with the game, I really enjoyed it. I found myself screaming at the screen when I couldnt time my jumps to dodge the switching red and white blocks.
and I loved how i was beating up about not being able to time something and then i realised that i could just jump all the way over the obstacle i was having trouble with.

There were a few glitches. for example i would often fall through the diagonals. If you make another, which I personally would enjoy greatly, I hope you put in a kind of camera that you can use to view the level so that you can make a plan to attack it.

A Gem

Rarely do I find a game that has a perfect level of difficulty.

the game got harder just slightly faster than your character improved which forced the player to keep working hard. While I did lose on a level my first try I would be able to get by my third go at it.

Always challanging, never frustrating, fun gameplay, and the fact that every weapon you have is completely essential makes this an incredibly well crafted game.

I liked it alot mostly cause i recognize the tune. However I feel that you should take more artiistic liberty and make the song your own.
